With record sales for year end 2008, 2009 & 2010, we are realizing that ~our customers~ are on the higher end of intelligence. They are the type to ask for certificates of insurance for liability and workers comp protection. They realize hiring a contractor who sub-contracts the work out is equal to hiring the unknown . Likewise, our methods of finish application never allow the use of tools such as power flo's or tanks... we pride ourselves in creating virtually zero Hazardous waste because we have stream lined the painting, seal & finish application using only t-bars... and if one is going to apply over a million square feet of juice every summer, that equates to saving many ten's of gallons of waste in the world.

The Portland Trail Blazers hired Tower Woods to do the impossible... sand and finish over 130,000 square feet ( 12 gym floors ) of gym flooring with logo's, lettering and game lines, and we finished this work in 40 days.

DIN stanards

When you require your floor to meet DIN, 1) Shock absorption (cushion); 2) Deflection (how much give); 3) Deflective Indentation (that same 'give' available next to an area already under load); 4) Friction (slip); 5) Ball Bounce (90%) minimum. In other words, the number is low and there is more to life than basketball, but for Ball Bounce one should insist on 95, 6, 7% return when you are thinking basketball...
Friction, all wood floor provide optimal slip (keep it clean to keep it optimal)...
Deflective indentation means player two gets the same cushioned flooring as player one running, jumping or landing...
Deflection's where the floor gives/ indents/ flexes a certain amount to insure the mechanics of the human body...
Shock absorption reduces impact throughout the body.

       There are two different test using DIN.
             ~DIN~     is the sum of certain tests in which the test spots average out to meet the criteria.
             ~DIN 2001~     requires every test point to meet the criteria.

Sportcourt Sport Court sport floors are modular panels which absorb shock for the athlete and provide proper friction.... Major plus for safety Sport Court sports floors are made for both indoor and outdoor, basketball, volleyball, tennis and more... Putting greens...
